BREATH AWARENESS

The power of your breath is the key to balance in your life. Through the use of breath awareness, body-scanning, observations, and relaxing music, we explore the deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Practicing breath awareness can provide you with increased energy, mental clarity, emotional balance, and an overall sense of peace.  30 Minutes



KUNDALINI MEDITATION CLASS

This class is for all levels from beginners to advanced, based on the sacred science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga is a sacred science, a Raj (royal) Yoga and is known as the yoga of awareness and consciousness. Classes are intentionally small to provide care and support within a small group of like-minded individuals. This is primarily a meditative class with just a touch of stretching. We focus on breath awareness, meditation, mantra, and light stretching to balance the mind and nervous system. Kundalini Meditation class is a beautiful way to make a quick and profound shift in your mood, outlook, and energy. 45 Minutes

KUNDALINI MEDITATION + GONG VOYAGE IMMERSION

This class is for all levels from beginners to advanced, based on the sacred science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Space is extremely limited.  During the first part of class we focus on breath awareness, meditation, mantra, and light stretching to balance the mind and nervous system. We end each class with a relaxing Gong Voyage Immersion. This class is sure to sooth your mind and take you on a sound healing voyage to open your channels and expand your heart. 75 Minutes

I AM MEDITATION + GONG VOYAGE IMMERSION

The “I AM” meditation class is a profound meditative experience used to reunite oneself to universal intelligence. This empowering meditation deepens the relationship to the inner voice and all that is. The mantra, “I AM” is used either silently or aloud with the immense healing power of intention + group energy. Sink more deeply into yourself and your experience with the nurturing and transformative notes of the sacred Gong. 45 Minutes


ADDICTION RECOVERY MEDITATION + SUPPORT CLASS

Have you heard? Using alcohol and/or drugs takes your brain into a comforting "alpha" state and with continued use your brain loses its ability to go to the alpha state on its own, therefore often relying on a substance to take it there.  In recovery, it's critical to retrain the brain to go into this calm state without the use of addictive substances. We’re here to help.

Instructor, and addiction recovery specialist, Tammy Roth introduces you to multiple forms of meditation to find the best fit for you and your lifestyle. Not only will you build your own personal practice as a powerful relapse prevention tool, but Tammy will also arm you with the neuroscience and educational data to better understand the chemical structure of addiction. This highly experiential class begins training the brain to access states of joy, contentment and even bliss, making recovery an easier and sustainable process.
